I’m Kalyssa Matheson - Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
I founded Sapphire Psychotherapy and Counselling to offer a warm, supportive space to turn to when things feel messy, painful, and uncertain.
I believe you are the expert on yourself. Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore what’s coming up for you and move toward change in a way that feels achievable and sustainable.
Change doesn’t happen overnight - but with the right support, it does happen. My goal is to help individuals build insight, develop practical skills, and create meaningful shifts that extend beyond the therapy room into everyday life.
Outside of my practice, you’ll find me exploring with my dog, creating polymer clay magnets, or attempting to recreate a Starbucks drink in the comfort of my own kitchen.
